Refund policy
RETURNS
It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If the dice arrive damaged, or have missing parts, don't hesitate to get in touch with ted@regalrollers.com within 14 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to make it right.
If 14 days have passed since delivery of your dice, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We'll process the refund once we receive your return and ensure everything is as it should be.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and the funds automatically sent back to the original payment method. We cannot facilitate refunds to different cards.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange or replace your product, we would be happy to help as long as we have the stock on hand.
